Pip the drip lived in a cloud

Pip soared over town after town

One day the cloud boomed real loud

And Pip the drip dropped down, down, down.

 

Pip twirled fast through the air

Not knowing where pip was going

Pip bounced and became aware

The ground around had plants growing.

 

Down into the soil went pip

Up the root with potassium

Through the xylem to the tip

Into a Chrysanthemum.

 

Pip loved the beautiful spring

Spring turned to summer, clear and warm

So much heat August did bring

Pip transpired back to drip form.

 

The sun beamed pip back into the sky

Until the next adventure where pip would fly.
